Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how 300 Technology LLC (the “Company,” “300 Technology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects Personal Data in connection with 300technology.com, the Pinnacle Tournaments web application, and the Pinnacle Tournaments mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”). “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked with an individual or household.

The Services are intended for use in the United States. Tournament directors and other customers may enter information about bowlers and tournament participants. Depending on the context, we may process that information on behalf of the tournament organizer as well as for the purposes described in this Policy.

1. Personal Data We Collect

  1. Account and contact information. We collect information such as first and last name, email address, Firebase authentication identifier, profile image, account preferences, and password-reset or account verification information. Authentication credentials are handled through Firebase Authentication; we do not have access to a user's readable password.
  2. Bowler and participant information. A tournament director may enter a bowler's name, mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, email address, date of birth, sex, notes, and similar tournament administration information. A Social Security number and a United States Bowling Congress (USBC) membership number may also be entered, but both fields are optional. Do not enter a Social Security number unless it is necessary for an authorized tournament, payout, tax, or recordkeeping purpose and you have authority to provide it.
  3. Tournament and operational information. We collect tournament, bowling-center, squad, roster, registration, check-in, score, handicap, standing, bracket, side-pot, prize-fund, payout, expense, lane-assignment, sponsor, note, and related operational information entered or generated through the Services.
  4. Subscription and transaction information. Stripe collects and processes payment-card and billing details when a customer starts or manages a subscription. We receive information needed to administer access, such as Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, selected plan, subscription and invoice status, billing interval, trial and renewal dates, amounts, and payment or refund status. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
  5. Support communications. We collect the name, email address, subject, message, and related account or technical information that a person includes in a support request or other communication with us.
  6. Device, network, and diagnostic information. Our applications, hosting providers, and error monitoring provider may process IP address, browser or WebView type, device and operating-system information, application version and release, page or route, timestamps, request identifiers, error messages, stack traces, crash information, and related diagnostic events. We may associate an internal user identifier with an error report to investigate an account-specific problem.
  7. Cookies and local storage. The web application and service providers may use cookies, tokens, or browser/device storage that are necessary for authentication, security, checkout, remembering settings, and maintaining a session. We do not use this information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Sources of Personal Data

We collect Personal Data from:

  1. Subscribers, tournament directors, bowlers, and other people who provide information to us;
  2. use of the Services, including information created during tournament administration;
  3. service providers such as Firebase, Stripe, Sentry, hosting, email, and mapping providers; and
  4. publicly available sources or tournament organizers when reasonably necessary to provide the Services.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We use Personal Data to:

  1. create, authenticate, secure, maintain, and delete accounts;
  2. provide tournament registration, management, scoring, standings, brackets, pots, prize funds, payouts, and public results;
  3. process subscriptions, apply trials and entitlements, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, and provide billing support;
  4. send password resets, service notices, support responses, billing communications, and other transactional messages;
  5. operate, troubleshoot, monitor, protect, and improve the availability, performance, and security of the Services;
  6. enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and protect users, the Company, and others; and
  7. comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations.

4. Public Tournament Information

The Services are designed to publish certain tournament information, which may include tournament and director names, rosters, bowler names, squads, scores, standings, brackets, results, and prize or pot results. Public result links may remain available after a tournament is completed to preserve tournament history.

Social Security numbers, mailing addresses, dates of birth, phone numbers, private email addresses, authentication credentials, and complete payment-card information are not intended for public display. Tournament directors must avoid placing sensitive or private information in tournament names, notes, or other fields intended for publication.

5. How We Disclose Personal Data

We may disclose Personal Data as reasonably necessary to:

  1. Service providers. These may include Firebase and Google services for authentication, profile-image storage, password resets, and bowling-center searches; Stripe for subscriptions and payment processing; Sentry for error and crash monitoring; and providers of hosting, databases, email delivery, security, and technical support.
  2. Tournament organizers and participants. We make information available to authorized users who administer a tournament and publish the tournament information described above.
  3. App stores and platforms. Apple and Google may process information when a person downloads, updates, or interacts with a mobile application through their platforms, subject to their own privacy policies.
  4. Legal and safety recipients. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; protect legal rights or safety; investigate fraud or abuse; or enforce our agreements.
  5. Business transactions. Information may be disclosed in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers are permitted to process Personal Data only for the services they provide to us and as allowed by law.

6. Sale, Targeted Advertising, and Profiling

We do not sell Personal Data for money. We do not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, use Personal Data for targeted advertising, or use automated profiling to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any notices and choices required by law.

7. Retention

We retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and subscriptions, administer tournaments, preserve legitimate tournament history, maintain security and fraud-prevention records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, and regulatory obligations.

Account and profile information is deleted or de-identified following a verified deletion request unless an exception applies. Tournament rosters, operational records, scores, standings, payout records, and published results may be retained to preserve completed tournament records or meet legitimate business or legal obligations. Where feasible, we remove or de-identify account-related personal identifiers that are no longer necessary. Service providers may retain information according to their configured retention periods and legal obligations.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including encrypted network connections, authenticated access, access controls, and monitoring. We configure error monitoring to limit request contents and to avoid sending passwords, authorization tokens, payment-card details, or sensitive request bodies. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur.

9. Your Choices and Account Deletion

  1. You may review and update account information through the Services where those controls are available.
  2. You may cancel future subscription renewals through the Stripe customer portal available from the Membership page of the web application.
  3. You may permanently delete your account through Membership → Delete my data in the application or follow our Account Deletion instructions. Account deletion and subscription cancellation have different effects, as explained in our subscription terms.
  4. You may contact support@300technology.com to request access, correction, or other assistance concerning Personal Data.

10. United States State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have the right to request confirmation of processing; access to or a copy of Personal Data; correction; deletion; or data portability. You may also have rights to opt out of a sale, targeted advertising, certain profiling, or particular uses of sensitive Personal Data, and to appeal a decision concerning a request. Because we do not currently sell Personal Data or use it for targeted advertising or significant-decision profiling, there is no such activity to opt out of at this time.

Submit a request to support@300technology.com. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may request proof of authorization or direct verification from the individual. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we deny a request, you may reply to our decision to appeal where applicable.

11. Children and Youth Participants

Pinnacle subscriber accounts are intended for adults and the Services are not directed to children under 13. A tournament director may enter information about a youth bowler when administering an event. The director is responsible for having appropriate authority or consent to provide that information and should collect only what is necessary. A parent or guardian may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion of a child's Personal Data, subject to applicable law and legitimate tournament recordkeeping needs.

12. Processing Locations

Although we market the Services in the United States, we and our service providers may process or store information in the United States and other locations where those providers operate. Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise its effective date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
